How to order stamps. Just send us e-mail with the code of stamp, your full name, shipping address and telephone number. After availability of the stamp is confirmed you are welcome to make payment.

Payment terms. Way of payment is bank wire transfer. Amounts have to be paid in USD, EUR or UAH (Ukrainian currency).

Delivery. Shipment is made from Ukraine. Delivery time is 7-14 days (7 days for European Union, 14 days for America, Australia and Asia) after we receive payment. You'll be informed once payment is received and order is shipped. All stamps are shipped in waterproof carrying cases. Shipment is made by post.

Shipping costs. Shipment of 1 envelope with stamps costs 4.60 EUR for Europe, 8.00 USD for America, Asia and Australia.
